The Ombudsman for Estate Agents
The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between member agencies and customers who are buying and selling residential property in the UK. As members of the OEA we follow a strict code of practice which is independently enforced and monitored to ensure customer satisfaction.
Guild of Professional Estate Agents
The Guild of Professional Estate Agents is a network of approaching 700 successful independent estate agents whose combined strength and experience helps with selling houses. National Approved Letting Scheme
The National Approved Letting Scheme is an accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents offering peace of mind to landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a firm which agrees to meet defined standards of customer service, together with having in place the necessary insurances to protect clients' money plus a customer complaints procedure offering independent redress.
